Who publishes this site
This site, bazi.astromooncalendar.com, is the web version of Pillars (Pilares in Spanish), the BaZi app. It’s published by Violeta Osorio, in Argentina. Contact: violetaosorior@gmail.com.
The site lives on a subdomain of astromooncalendar.com, home of Astro Moon Calendar, which has its own legal notice and privacy policy.
What the readings are for
BaZi is a traditional Chinese symbolic system. Pillars calculates it carefully and explains it in plain words, as a guide for reflection. Its readings describe symbolic tendencies: they don’t predict events, they aren’t a fixed destiny and they have no scientific basis. Decisions, character and circumstances always weigh more.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For your health, your money or important decisions, consult a professional. In particular:
- Health: a traditional Chinese view, not medical advice. For any symptom or health decision, consult a professional.
- Money: not financial or investment advice.
- Relationships: symbolic tendencies of the charts, not judgments about the people or the relationship. There are no compatibility percentages.
- Dates: favorable days and days to avoid follow general traditional rules. They don’t know your plans and guarantee nothing. A medical procedure is always something to decide with your doctor.

Calculations and texts
The calculations are astronomical and checked against independent sources. The texts are traditional interpretations written for Pillars, and a practitioner hasn’t reviewed them yet. We take care with both, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, let us know. The details are in About Pillars.
Using the texts
You’re welcome to quote short passages with a link to the page they come from. For anything else, write to us.
